Friday (27th) evening:
We will be meeting up on Friday evening for a meal @ 19:30. Once we have a list of attendees, we will be co-ordinating the evening meal choices.
For those who are extending their stay, we recommend a visit to the John Rylands Library, which holds significant collections of records relating to the various branches of Methodism.
Saturday (28th) Programme
The programme of talks is still being finalised, but speakers and subjects will include:
- Researching Methodists and Methodism – Owen Roberts Methodist Heritage Officer
- Toleration or Turmoil: the impact of non-conformity on our ancestors and their communities – Janet Few
- Contributions from society members on faith in their one-places
There is an opportunity for you to display some of your findings relating to your place at the conference. Even if you are unable to attend, we can forward on emailed information to share with conference goers. Please contact email@example.com if you would like to participate in this way.
